Classes
The following classes are FREE to Gold members in our air-conditioned Spin Studio and Aerobics Studio, and €7 to Silver members. We have opened Zumba classes to non members at €10 – see our Class Timetable
B.L.T.: There’s no need for mayo here! This is a lower body sculpting, tummy toning, bottom shaping delight that’s totally fat free!
BODYBALL: Achieve better balance and posture in this core-based class that will teach you how to use the ball to add an extra dimension to any of your workouts.
CORE CLINIC: Cheaper than a tummy tuck and much more fun! Work with your trainer to tighten all those important core muscles, 15 mins per day.
GLIDE: Think inline skating meets cross country skiing meets Pilates meets running in water!! The Glide disks are used on your feet or hands, you then slide into each movement keeping contact with the disks and the ground. Cardio, full body toning, core work and FUN are all included in this class so give it a go and you’ll see it’s a great brand new workout with lots to offer. You will love it.
NIFTY 50′s/AQUA: In this a no impact class, we use noodles/floats and our pool is all on depth meaning you don’t need to be a strong swimmer to take part. Just be ready to do a fun workout in the water that will improve fitness and overall body tone.
POWER CIRCUITS: Work harder, faster, stronger and push yourself to the limit. Resistance & anaerobic exercises will take your body to another level of fitness. Give it a blast – you’ll love it!
QUICK FIX: Energetic, efficient and effective! All you need for a quick lunchtime workout that will refresh your body and mind and leave you feeling energised and ready to fae the rest of the day!
SPIN START/SUPER SPIN/ SPIN BREAK: You pick the intensity to suit your fitness level and let your instructor take you on a ride uphill, downhill, sprinting, climbing, dipping and pushing – all set to a pumping soundtrack!
STEP ‘n’ TONE: This class includes upper & lower body conditioning, abdominal and core strengthening as well as fat burning cardio on the step. Simple step moves so no dancing required, just be ready for a hardcore work out!
STEP TO IT: If you want to workout to music and learn routines that are fun, this class is a great way to do it. Using effective moves to keep your body in shape give it a try – Step To It!
STRETCH & FLEX: A class dedicated to flexibility & relaxation – the perfect way to start your day.
TOTAL TONE/BODY SCULPT/EASYLINE CIRCUIT: Shape and strengthen muscles in all parts of the body in these classes of varying intensity using barbells, medicine balls, exercise bands, gym floor machines and bodyweight to help you feel the burn in all the right places.
WAVE/TREADMILL TREK: Using our Technogym equipment and Wellness System, enjoy a cardiovascular gym session with a difference. Your trainer decides the pace and level and you follow in a group. Once you finish the session Gold* members can upload the session onto their TGS key to use it again and again until the following week’s class.
ZUMBA: Zumba Fitness is a fusion of hynotising Latin and exotic world rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to keep you moving, smiling and having fun for an hour. Zumba Fitness is for all levels of fitness. Come, burn up to 1000 calories in an hour and have fun doing it!
